Las Vegas Stadium Authority Meeting Canceled, Rescheduled Nov 9th The reason for the cancelled October 9th Las Vegas Stadium Authority Meeting, according to a communication issued by Steven Hill, it's President, is that they could not find time where a quorum of board members could meet on the outstanding items. The dates finally selected were so close to the next meeting after October 9th, that they elected to go with November 12th. There are as of this writing, the vast majority of documents still either not finished or not signed - most notably the Oakland Raiders / UNLV Joint Use Agreement and the Community Benefits Agreement.
