Hi Atlanta! I am Zennie Abraham. I have the unique place in life of being a Super Bowl Host City Bid Director (for Oakland), media at the Super Bowl, a Super Bowl attendee with a ticket, and a Super Bowl Volunteer. I made this message because there is something I want to share with you. The Atlanta Super Bowl is approaching and the Atlanta Super Bowl 53 Host Commitee has done a terrific job of working to get over 10,000 people to be volunteers - like you! Now that you have signed up, here is some news: you don’t get free Super Bowl Tickets. Nope. Not even half-off. What you get as an Atlanta Super Bowl 53 Volunteer is an incredible chance to meet great people: the folks who work with you. All are giving their time to be part of something literally bigger than themselves. The Super Bowl is an amazing experience in human energy and human sprit. There is no better drug than the kickoff of a Super Bowl Game - especially in a domed stadium. But if you can’t afford a ticket, being a volunteer is just as cool and for a reason not listed on the Atlanta Host Committee website: you are “in the know” during the two-week Super Bowl period. Just by forming networks and doing your job as a volunteer, you will become an expert on the happenings and score invitations to events that others didn’t even know were going on. That happens as a result of who you know and get to know. So got out and make it fun. You are the person who makes the Super Bowl and Atlanta fun for Super Bowl Attendees. Remember that 70 percent of Super Bowl goers are there for the first time and that means there is a 70 percent chance they will not be back. Make this one time special for them and in the process you will have the time of your life! Welcome to Atlanta and Super Bowl 53!
